Council of Asian Pacific Minnesotans - Possible areas for policy/education (home health, etc)

As many themes from smaller clusters of people in Rochester/Olmsted county organize and find their voice, it may be helpful to align and connect to at least state and federal level supporting structures. The processes for overcoming obstacles to efficiently access, navigate, and 'leverage' these precious assets for improved local population health outcomes/lifestyles can be shared as 'best practices' via BEAM, Plone, etc. Ideally, this folder can serve as a test site for enabling better monitoring and dissemination of ideas or success stories within those groups represented on CAPMN e.g. Cambodia, Vietnam, India, China, Korea, Japan, Philippines ... (Guam?)

Integrated health education for Cambodia

Kim Sin and Cambodian outreach team requests an informal 'consultation' on developing a curriculum on health in partnership with Angkor University. Initial background exploration, process improvement, and use of BEAM/DC3/IFYC collaborative tools will be captured in this folder. First contact was by Kim from Cambodia via email, then Skype to Skype (1-8-11), iPhone photo to Facebook upload / BEAM (with Al Lun's help) ... and later, possibly, Movi or Skype with Google doc/word docs.
